Product line makes its debut at FABTECH 2025
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NORCROSS, Ga. — JANUARY 5, 2026 – SEC Automation today announced the official release of its complete AutonoWeld Orbital product line, giving fabricators a unified suite of orbital welding solutions built for precision, consistency and long-run durability across high-purity and industrial applications. With the launch of the AutonoWeld Micro Weld Head Series, Macro Weld Head Series and the AW-215 Orbital Welding Power Supply, SEC Automation now offers a fully integrated platform able to support tube and pipe welding from micro-diameter cleanroom systems to thick-wall process piping.
“AutonoWeld represents the standard our industry needs right now,” said Founder and Owner John Henderson. “Fabricators are under intense pressure to produce cleaner welds, faster throughput and predictable quality across every diameter and material. This orbital line delivers that from the moment it arrives on site.”
The AutonoWeld Micro Weld Head Series (S-50 and S-65) delivers controlled, contamination-free welds for small-diameter stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloy tubing. Optimized for semiconductor, pharmaceutical and bioprocess environments, the heads combine compact size with water-cooled endurance to run reliably throughout long production cycles.
For larger applications, the AutonoWeld Macro Weld Head Series (S-150, S-350, S-450, and S-650) brings the torque, reach and stability needed for mid- to large-diameter tubes and thick-wall pipe. With full 360-degree GTAW capability, robust clamp systems and high-flow cooling, the Macro Series is engineered for the integrity and repeatability required in energy infrastructure, prefabrication yards and industrial process systems.
Powering both series is the AutonoWeld AW-215 Orbital Power Supply, which pairs seamlessly with every AutonoWeld head. It delivers stable TIG output from 5 to 200 amps, automatically loads stored parameters upon head recognition and provides up to 600 parameter sets and 2,000 weld records to support documentation, traceability and consistency. Rugged construction and dual-circuit cooling make it equally at home in field installs or shop-floor production.
The AutonoWeld orbital line reflects the real-world needs of today’s welding landscape. “Whether you’re working in a cleanroom or a refinery, operators are asking for equipment that sets up quickly, runs reliably and produces welds that pass the toughest inspections,” said Technical Engineer Zack Hulsey. “This line was built around those expectations. Every head, every feature, every control element was designed to minimize variability and help shops get consistent results day after day.”
SEC Automation’s AutonoWeld orbital systems are available immediately, with accessory options such as clamp inserts, bench-mount brackets and customized fixturing solutions for specialty applications.
